Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Ensure your team stays on task, and meet established hourly production targets
• Audit processes and housekeeping to ensure consistency at all times
• Serve as a backup for Supervisor duties as needed
• Provide constant constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
• Expected to communicate and document any big issues and provide to Supervisor
• Assist with training of new employees
• Never pass a defect knowingly to the next operation
• Facilitate problem solving within your team
• Relieve other Team Members in their absence, filling in when necessary

It will really make us smile if you have…

• HS Diploma or GED required, Minimum of Associates Degree preferred
• Less than 4 attendance points
• Management experience in manufacturing or production setting preferred
• Experience training and managing staff preferred
• Progressive, business minded professional who wants to lead a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within timeline constraints
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; highly developed verbal communication skills
