Art Directors drive the design of our projects forward-they are in the trenches, but they also keep their eyes on the overall goal. They recognize the opportunity to grow a disruptive brand that is changing the way people think about how they smile. And, of course, they have a passion for strong concepts and stunning, elegant, forward-thinking design.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Art Director will be conceptual, strategic, collaborative and an all-around creative star. We are looking for an Art Director who is capable of coming up with big ideas and experiences, and executing them across all channels all within our brand. You will push your creativity to inspire greatness in our brand. Humor, craftsmanship, intellectual curiosity, and ownership are all qualities we desire. Come help us change the way people smile.

• A portfolio showcasing a wide-range of design work in broadcast, print, digital, paid media, conceptual advertising and email.
• 3+ years of experience in an Art Director role in advertising or for an in-house brand. 
• Experience working collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and photographers.
• Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently and execute them efficiently.
• Highly conceptual thinking in advertising and current trends.
• Desire to help foster and challenge a growing creative culture.
• Ability to move from one project to the next without skipping a beat.
• A flexible personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up company.
• Bachelor's degree or portfolio school desired.
