• Combination of data entry, customer service, and operations experience
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and make decisions in the moment
• Professionalism and ability to communicate effectively
• Superior planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel (less than 25%)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

How you make our customers SMILE…

• Assist the Operations team with ordering for new shops, projects, and test programs.
• Follow up with vendors, team members, and people in the field for seamless handoffs from points A to B
• Assist with inventory management and product transfer orders as needed
• Track the shipments and installations necessary to facilitate new and relocating SmileShops as well as any change in the footprint of existing shops
• Gather feedback from Shop Managers on process improvement and test programs
• Respond to questions and resolve problems for Shop Managers and the field team
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Maintain organization of server files for Operations team members
• Complete any other tasks and errands as necessary
