The Regional Field Asset Protection Manager leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide asset protection and investigation service to the Retail Operations Team. The FLPM is a key member of the Operation’s organization, working with HQ and various teams across the company. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing, tracking, and reporting on key performance-indicating metrics to identify potential exposures and integrity issues (Field, Warehouse)
  • Conducting, assisting with, and documenting investigations of internal and external theft or fraud and conducting interviews when approved and appropriate
  • Serving as the Operations Team’s liaison and security subject matter expert in areas of talent screening, training, exception reporting, asset protection, operating procedures, and safety
  • Proposing business cases which receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes
  • Developing proactive programs to prevent fraud, loss, and risk to the company
  • Performing audits to ensure compliance to policy and procedure

30%: Monitoring KPIs and analyzing data to identify potential exposures and integrity issues
30%:Conducting, assisting with, and documenting investigations of internal external theft or fraud
20%: Performing audits to ensure compliance to policy and procedure
10%: Performing ad-hoc assignments as directed by the VP of Retail
10%: Developing, participating in the development of, proactive Loss Prevention programs

It will really make us smile if you have…

  • 5 years of multi-unit/market Loss Prevention Management
  • Familiarity with progressive Loss Prevention disciplines and data/exception reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The proven ability to partner across team to mitigate shrink/loss exposures
  • Formalized interview/interrogation training (Wicklander a plus)
  • Multi-unit/market investigation experience preferred
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, and a high sense of urgency
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% of the time, including consecutive days
