SmileDirectClub is looking for a Technical Trainer to provide training to support team members throughout the organization. You will conduct training needs assessments by collecting information pertaining to assigned features and applications based on multiple team member roles. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the scheduling of additional internal trainers as necessary to meet the company goals and timelines
• Evaluates and communicates team member progress within the training sessions
• Coordinates training locations and required resources (training documentation and hardware/software as needed)
• Effectively maintains software training materials and supplies
• Coordinates with technology and business teams to ensure training sessions accurately reflect the software implementation
• Participates in software testing and user acceptance testing to stay current with new features

• Clear and concise communication skills
• Experience in leading internal training sessions
• Experience selecting and maintaining training tools
• Experience training high-performing, distributed teams across the globe
• 5+ years of overall experience as a technology analyst with 2+ years as a technical trainer
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience at an enterprise level
