The Talent Acquisition Manager will proactively source, screen and lead the hiring of new talent into various roles. The Talent Acquisition Manager is relied upon to help ensure the team meets aggressive hiring goals for a high growth, exciting company. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Determines hiring needs and works to source candidates through advertising, referrals and on-going job postings.

  • Partners with department managers to ensure adequate pipeline of applicants to fill all current and future positions.  

  • Works with management to identify needs, research potential pools of candidates, advise on recruiting strategies, and build pool of candidates.

  • Interviews and serves as first point of contact with the candidate throughout the process.

  • Presents candidates information and prescreening documents to hiring manager for consideration.

  • Uses ATS to manage job postings and candidate process.

  • Keeps current on recruiting market trends and shares with team.

  • Keeps updated records throughout candidate process and documents as needed.

Required experience:

  • Recruiting experience, preferably with a multi-site company

  • Excellent communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.  Able to communicate well with all levels from entry level staff to executive management.  

  • Excellent facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively, to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and maintain poise under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and processes.

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System

  • Extremely resourceful, highly creative and high energy, able to brainstorm and implement new ideas.

  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
