Role:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic fast-paced Marketing team. The Influencer Marketing Manager will help with influencer and content marketing and collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute local and national event partnerships.

Responsibilities:

The Influencer Marketing Manager is expected to:

• Manage all SmileDirectClub influencer and celebrity programs

•  Collaborate with Patient Care team to execute influencer program procedure and strategy

•  Analyze metrics to identify and to develop new opportunities to scale influencer programs

•  Manage the SmileDirectClub external Ambassador Program

•  Analyze metrics to identify and to develop new opportunities for event partnership opportunities

•  Collaborate with Social Media Specialist for all content surrounding events

•  Coordinate multiple local and national event partnerships including concert & festival partnerships

•  Help facilitate events and promotions for the retail/wholesale stores that align with our brand voice

•  Help identify and coordinate philanthropic opportunities and partnerships

•  Assists with inbound PR & partnership requests

•  Assist with reputation management

•  Manage multiple programs and campaigns at once, including community management, influencer and artistry relations, PR, and event partnerships.

Qualifications:            

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and organized individual, with the capacity to perform in a dynamic environment.  The Influencer Marketing Manager must also possess the following skill sets:

•   Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills

•   Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills

•   Excellent attention to detail

•   Experience managing influencers and ambassadors (celebrity is a plus)

•   Working knowledge of insights and analytics tools

•   Bachelor’s Degree or higher

•   Ability to look at data/numbers to see trends and make recommendations

•   3+ years of experience with influencer marketing

•   3+ years of experience with event marketing

•   Experience in the health and/or beauty industry is a plus

•   A sense of humor and passion for making people smile
