The Associate Quality Engineer is responsible for reviewing and analyzing complaint data, performing root-cause investigations to establish corrective action plans and implement corrective actions, performing test methods for product testing and investigations,
and writing and updating procedures as required to ensure the quality system is compliant with regulations including the FDA Quality System Requirements (QSR).

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the planning and execution of analysis, inspection, design, tests, and/or integration of test methods to assure the quality of assigned products or components.
• Assists in design and quality testing related to process improvements.  Includes testing, documenting and reporting results.
• Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes
• Coordinates the documentation review, inspection workflow, training, problem solving and calibration for test equipment
• Tracks and report quality metrics
• Identify non-conformance trends and develop and administer technical investigation and corrective action programs to resolve recurring quality problems
• Monitors and advises on how the product quality is performing and publishes data and reports regarding the effectiveness of the quality management system in achieving the product performance goals
• Participates and supports internal and external supplier audits and inspections

• 0-2 years’ Quality or Engineering experience
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related with equivalent experience
