SmileDirectClub is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer - Android to join our team to be involved in the development of mobile applications. We are looking for a strong, mobile applications expert who has experience working on enterprise-level Android platforms.  The job would combine the best of a small startup team within a large disruptive company with the resources required to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the delivery of mobile apps using native Android language (Kotlin) as well as JavaScript framework/methodologies (React Native, Relay).
• Work with modern technologies, such as React Native, Relay, RESTful web services, OAuth 2.0, Android Studio, and will utilize them to build fast, responsive software. The candidate should also demonstrate deep knowledge of mobile architectures that encourage code reuse and ease debugging.

It will really make us smile if you have…

• 5+ years of Android Development
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, JavaScript, React Native and Relay
• Strong knowledge of Android Studio
• Knowledge of MVC and MV* patterns
• An appreciation of design
• Experience with multiple JS frameworks
• Experience in HTML5
• Knowledge of the Linux command line
• Security conscious.
• Active on CodePen, Github, or Stack Overflow
