The position will require experience in the following areas:

• Business Partner to functional leaders
• Leading a World-Class Talent Acquisition Process
• Implementation of Knowledge Management and Learning Management Systems
• Optimization of payroll, benefits and compensation processes & systems to sustain growth
• Organizational Development, Talent Resource and Succession Planning
• Community Involvement and Cultural Development
• Multi-state and Global HC Experience with offshore 3rd party vendors, expatriate assignments and global divisions a plus

• BA or BS Degree Required
• Master’s Degree Preferred
• 8-10+ years experience as the functional HC leader for a growth-oriented company
