We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support or customer acquisition strategies, and to manage and further develop our flash sales campaigns. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will execute the innovative digital marketing campaigns to deliver revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on leveraging emerging digital platforms to drive customer acquisition programs.
• Work closely with Marketing team and external vendors to manage e-commerce campaigns.
• Create engagement strategies through partner sites such as GroupOn, LivingSocial, Gilt City etc.
• Mange the development and analytics on all flash sale campaigns.
• Create codes for tracking flash sales.
• Develop pricing strategies that align with brand goals.
• Use traditional online marketing channels as well as emerging mobile and other channels to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Establish new flash sale accounts
• Communicate with account representatives to plan, schedule and approve campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Must have a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience managing 3^rd party marketing site vendors.
• Experience with campaign analytics and reporting.
• Must be organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Bachelors degree.
• 2+ years working on a marketing team, e-commerce company a plus.
• Experience working with Flash Sales a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
