We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in recruitment efforts related to sourcing, and hiring top talent for various functions of our rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Create a pipeline of top talent in anticipation of upcoming openings in various departments
• Execute operational and administrative activities such as job postings and onboarding paperwork
• Help build world class teams through research and strategic sourcing using various channels such as; ATS, social media, networking, research and other emerging tools.
• Build relationships with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand position requirement and skills needed
• Coordinate administrative recruiting process in a timely manner
• Pre-screen resumes and video questionnaires when needed
• Communicate with applicants to schedule interviews in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in setting up new hires for new hire orientation
• Serve as point-person to answer routine recruitment questions and provide support as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
• 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Ability to think big, and find creative ways to reach a world class talent network
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and deliver results in a timely manner
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to work it a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to build partnerships with internal and external network
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
• Experience navigating various sourcing tools
