We're looking for a Retail Regional GM to help establish and manage relationships with Retail partners. 

Responsibilities:

• Build positive on-going relationships with retail partners to develop business strategies, gain alignment and excite retail partners to build strategic mega launches and marketing programs.
• Ability to explain and negotiate who SmileDirectClub is, how it works, how we partner with retailers, and explaining the benefits to HQ Management, Store Managers, and all levels
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with retailers, direct Supervisor, internal SmileDirectClub partners at all levels.
• Call out new retailer opportunities built on positive relationship, understanding and interest in partnering with SmileDirectClub and fast growth.
• Negotiate to open new accounts.  
• Show consistency in reporting on-going challenges and solutions to SmileDirectClub Management.
• Develop and negotiate specific marketing strategies to create accelerated sales growth in multiple accounts, building on account strengths and priorities.
• Partner with both Retailer and SDC to pulse events and promotions, working with the retailer Promo Calendar, and SDC, to maximize selling periods and sell-thru.
• Ensure that we remain in a prime location within high traffic and high visibility area that encourages customers to stop and read.  
• As SmileDirectClub scales up with new accounts, give recommendations on successfully-proven internal growth plans for managing both accounts and staffing.
• Ability to launch new accounts and create trade marketing programs which drive awareness, favorability, and conversion.
• Identify key opportunities to tell the brand story throughout all consumer touch points while creating differentiation for key retailers.
• Manage direct reports ensuring they are well informed, professional and represent the brand at all times with the retailers and consumers, with ability to direct retailer in growth.
• Plan and deliver insights, analysis, and growth opportunities to retailer.
• As SmileDirectClub scales, participate in making smart organizational recommendations for continued growth and positive retailer relations.
