SmileDirectClub is looking for a team member to schedule appointments for our customers for a dental scans. Must be highly organized with attention to detail. We are looking for a high-energy team player who is self-motivated. You will be calling our customers daily with the intent to schedule their appointment at one of our retail SmileShops. Having the ability to multi-task and balance work will be key. Our scanning services department is growing rapidly and is a very exciting, fun and positive team!
Qualifications:
2-4 years Customer Service or Sales experience
Experience scheduling for field personnel a plus
HS Diploma required; College degree preferred
