Role:
 
We are looking for an ambitious PPC Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast-paced marketing team. The PPC Manager will develop strategies, and execute paid media campaigns, as well as manage broader digital buying and execution. The PPC Manager must be detail oriented, with the capacity to multitask and think outside the box in this growing channel. This person must have experience with PPC/SEM/PLA, and bring a proven history of consistent revenue growth while maintaining a high ROAS. The PPC Manager must have a clear understanding of advanced optimization and analytical skills to drive insights to make actionable decisions.
 
Responsibilities:
 
The PPC Manager is expected to:
 
•  Own and execute daily paid search campaigns with creative content.
•   Review daily campaign pacing and results and actively optimize performance.
•   Develop PPC strategy and KPIs.
•  Manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) and be familiar with running A/B and multivariate tests.
•  Keyword research, optimization and bidding algorithm tweaks.
•  Coordinate marketing campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing ads, and Yahoo networks.
•  Analyze results and develop relevant and actionable plans, programs, tests and recommendations.
•  Ensure campaign performance is pacing at or beating KPI goals.
•  Understand key performance metrics for paid, earned and owned media, with focus on analytics and optimization.
•   Constant mining of search term reports and heavy analytical data to hunt for traffic opportunities.
•   Understand trends in data, and deliver reports to take the correct actions for improved performance.
•   Collaborate with, and support the marketing and creative team to develop goals and strategies for top results.
•   Recommend new targeting based on knowledge of targeting capabilities. 
•   Develop and own audience segmentation recommendations.
•   Plan, traffic, and monitor all display campaigns.
•   Maintain and stay current about industry news and research.
 
Qualifications:
                 
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and organized individual, with the capacity to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  The PPC Manager must also possess the following skill set:
 
•  Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience.
•  Masterful use of Google Adwords, Bing Ads, retargeting and display campaigns.
•  Expertise with e-commerce specific SEM applications such as PLA’s & RSLAs a plus
•   Experience in digital advertising channels such as SEM, Display, and paid social (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SnapChat), and emerging platforms.
•   Expert knowledge of trends and tools for PPC programs.
•   Strong Excel skills. Comfortable with formulas (VLookUp, IF, etc.), and pivot tables.
•   Comprehension for online business marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversions, CPC, Cost per Acquisition.
•   Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
•   Bachelor’s Degree or higher
•   Ability to look at data and numbers to see trends and make recommendations
•   Strategic thinking, yet tactical in delivery and recommendations
•   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, ever-changing environment.
•   A sense of humor and passion for making people smile
