The Digital Advertising Specialist/Analyst is responsible for assisting the organization in generating leads and attracting new customers through digital advertising prospecting and moving current leads to purchase through retargeting.

Responsibilities:

The Digital Advertising Specialist/Analyst is expected to:

• Collaborate with Digital Advertising Manager to develop and implement creative testing strategies across multiple digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, display retargeting, etc.
• Build and deploy campaigns to increase lead volume in accordance with monthly sales goals.
• Daily implementation of testing and optimization tactics (bids, budgets, creative, etc.) across digital channels.
• Measure and report campaign results and trends.
• And other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:        
The candidate should be a highly motivated “self-starter” with the capacity to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment and also possess the following minimum skill set:

• Highly analytical thinker.
• Strong technical background, with experience using and managing ad serving applications.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C direct response, paid search, social media, and digital advertising networks.
• A flexible personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up company.
• Excellent teamwork skills coupled with service attitude toward fashioning top-notch customer experiences and supporting internal clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Capacity to assume more significant responsibilities over time.
• Bachelor’s Degree
