Purpose

The Clinical Support will be in charge of providing Support answering technical questions and improving the Quality and Producitivity of the team.

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Average of Quality 95%  of the goal over the previews 6 moths
  • Average of Productivity 95% of the goal over the previews 6 moths
  • Licenciate in Doctor of Dental Surgery
  • 1 year dental experience preferred, but less experience will be acceptable
  • Experience with clear aligner treatment plans is a plus
  • Progressive, business minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industry

Key Accountabilities

 

 

 

 

  • Examine scans or dental impressions of the patients to determine the design of orthodontic products to be created.
  • Utilice OA & CA to improve quality of digital impressions.
  • Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for treatment plan development.
  • Review some aligner treatment plans prior to finalizing and submitting for manufacturing.
  • Review feedback from dental and orthodontic professionals on plans, incorporating requests into a revised plan
  • Provide the necesary support to the team, in order for them to execute their task properly.
  • Provide communication about changes in the protocols and relevant information.
  • Review Quality and productivity of the cases
  • Provide feedback to techs about the quality and performance of the cases
  • Provide one one on one sessions with team members and document Feedback
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly status reports (Productivity, Attendance, Systems Issues, etc)
  • Special Projects and other duties as needed
  • Monitor workflows and queue volumes of network dental professionals' cases and treatment plans.
  • Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
