What you will do:

• Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to acquire the best products at the best price.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of finished goods through accurate purchasing/sourcing methods.

• Responsible for year end physical inventory.

• Develop and recommend purchasing procedures and policies.

• Place purchase orders according to company procedure.

• Ensure all relevant information on fulfillment and delivery planning is maintained in company database.

• Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes and/or cancellations.

• Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

• Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.

• Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers.

• Perform other related duties that contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervisor.

Who you are:

• Four year degree preferred and 2+ years of applicable experience

• Experienced in Microsoft Suite and NetSuite ERP systems or similar ERP solutions

• A hard worker with a "no task is too small" attitude

• Smart, energetic, kind, sincere, patient and adaptable

• Great computer and typing skills

• Eager to learn every single day

• Must be positive and want to be a part of building something great!

• Ability to perform detailed work, being careful and thorough in completing task.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach for up to 8 hours per shift

• Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information

• Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color
