What to expect:

• Ability and willingness to work a part-time schedule of 9am – 3pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
• Great pay of $16 per hour, with the potential to make an additional $3 per hour from hitting metric goals.

What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat & email.
• Work with both inbound and outbound customer calls in a fun and team-oriented environment.
• Provide a positive and supportive experience for every person you speak with; from answering questions about their treatment to calling them to remind them to change their aligner trays.
• Help create an environment that inspires all of us to be the best we can be.

• High School Diploma, College degree preferred
• ​2 or more years of customer service experience required
• Call Center experience, a plus
