The Operations Specialist will be responsible for reviewing the daily production and determining new and subsequent orders that remain to be fulfilled.  He/she will also be involved in special requests from customer service and will help to track and push these requests through the production schedule.
Pay: $14/hour

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Detailed oriented, accurate, and pays attention to detail

• Must be organized and have strong time management skills to maintain daily to do list, understanding production priorities, and deadlines

• Must be able to work in a high production, quick changing environment

• Experience working with JIRA a plus

• A hard worker with a “no task is too small” attitude and team player

• Experience in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel to create spreadsheets and graphs 

 

Responsibilities:

• Review queue data to insure continued customer service

• Work daily within team to efficiently meet the needs of internal and external customers
• Communicate with team captain on any production/fulfillment issues 
• Address and respond to customer service inquisitions in a timely manner 
• Manage time and prioritize multiple projects at once 
• Refer to various databases and follow up with the status of orders in progress
