Things to BE:

• Support shop build out process by visiting new locations to measure, determine best layout for equipment and fixtures,

• Order furniture and coordinate delivery, assembly and setup

• Acts as the information center for SmileShops and provide support as needed.

• Support vendor/account set up for new and existing SmileShops including parking, pest control, etc.

• Coordinate ordering of supplies, swag and uniforms for new and existing locations.

• Support shop information gathering efforts for office partners - wayfinding, surveys, location specific data

• Maintain location listing information ensuring all office partners have up to date info. ie. Store hours, photo database, etc.

• Support all required department administrative tasks.

• Help facilitate office partner initiatives through feedback & field support.  ie. - brand culture, brand consistency, cost management, streamlined communication, etc.

Things to HAVE:

• Interior Design degree preferred, other degrees or relative experience may be considered

• Retail experience a plus

• Passion and excitement for our product and transforming smiles

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency

• Detail oriented with passion for producing high quality work

• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and deliver results in a fast-paced, high growth environment

• Ability to travel up to 50%
