Role:
 
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee omni-channel initiatives.  The Marketing Manager will be a key contributor with the coordination of marketing materials to support our growth, and the launch of new retail locations. This role will focus on promoting our products and services to various audiences; the public, consumers, key media outlets and contacts, and the local community.
 
Responsibilities:

•  Manage the day-to-day retail store marketing initiatives, which can include customer events, store collateral and signage, promotional offers and store-specific support.
•  Set up non-digital marketing materials such as POS displays, billboards, gift bags etc.
•  Proactively gather information needed to diagnose problems, and make recommendations and decisions. 
•  Identify and partner with vendors to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and on budget.
•  Help propel SmileDirectClub into new markets through coordinating local advertising and PR campaigns.
•  Conduct market research in emerging markets to determine the best marketing initiatives.   
•  Help facilitate events and promotions for the retail stores that align with our brand voice.
•  Manage and implement customer outreach programs.
•  Help generate positive placements and publicity, while protecting, enhancing, and building awareness of our brand.
•  Serve as the liaison between retail locations, field leadership, and the marketing department.
•  Work with the team to develop seasonal marketing strategies to support brand objectives.
•  Support cross-channel initiatives and oversee the correct and timely delivery of creative assets and store communications.
 
Qualifications:
                 
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and organized individual, with the capacity to perform in a dynamic environment.  The Marketing Manager must also possess the following skill set:
 
• Demonstrated experience managing retail marketing strategy and execution.
• Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills
• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role
• Experience in the health and/or beauty industry is a plus
• A sense of humor and passion for making people smile
