Responsibilities:

• Share and streamline top funnel information to our SmileShops across the nation
• Manage and create informative content regarding business practices to the field
• Gain competency with SmileDirectClub’s Communication and Operational procedures
• Respond to questions and resolve problems for Shop Managers and Field Leaders
• Act as the point person between SmileShop Leaders and the team at HQ
• Follow up with team members, vendors and people in the field for seamless handoffs
• Gather feedback from Shop Managers on process improvement and test programs
• Ensure Shop compliance with company standards and procedures
• Maintain organization of server files for SmileShops and Operations Leadership Team
• Additional responsibilities and projects, as requested

• Superior organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Experience with AP or AMA formatting
• Ability to work under urgent deadlines and manage multiple high-level assignments with flexible priorities
• Results driven, energetic, resourceful and hands-on with a strong service orientation
• Superior planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, English, or Marketing preferred
