As one of our In-House Corporate Dentists, you will help us continue to make that goal a reality.

What you will do:

• Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy, prior to treatment plan development.

• Review aligner treatment plans prior to finalizing and submitting for manufacturing.

• Monitor workflows and queue volumes of network dental professionals’ cases and treatment plans.

• Act as subject matter expert for SmileDirectClub leadership team in developing internal clinical policies and processes

• Support internal dental lab professionals, offering guidance and oversight as needed

• Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives

• Maintain licensure in multiple states as necessary

• Work out of our Nashville, TN office - relocation assistance provided

Qualifications:

• Dental/orthodontic experience preferred

• Multi-state license a plus, but must be licensed in at least one (1) state

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Experience with clear aligner treatment plans is a plus

• Progressive, business minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industry
