We are looking for a Reputation Manager to join our dynamic fast-paced Marketing team. This role will build and manage strategic company reputation initiatives, including planning, organization and implementation of project activities, and development of communications and engagement strategies for internal and external audiences to support reputation objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communications with internal, cross-functional teams and external agencies, project communications to internal stakeholders, issue tracking and risk mitigation, facilitation of project team meetings and preparation of status reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and edit content for a variety of internal and external communications channels, ensuring consistent application of the visual identity and voice of the company across all online channels.
  • Develop and implement tools and training programs to support and guide reputation management strategy.
  • Research, track and implement best practices related to building and protecting company identity and reputation online.
  • Manage relationships with third party reputation management vendors.
  • Monitor daily online media and publications.
  • Manage and operate reputation management websites for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Manage day-to-day activity on social media sites related to customer feedback.
  • Maintain listings on search engine and ratings/review sites.
  • Track, analyze and report weekly on social and online reputation results.
  • Identify and provide insight for trends, opportunities, and escalation issues to appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate with PR and Content Marketing team to identify opportunities for editorial and online content to boost SEO.
  • Collaborate with Patient Care to execute 24/7 coverage and timely responses on all reputation management channels.
  • Manage career site and job board reputation management platforms and communications.
  • Manage social media listening tool, implementation, dispositions and reports.
  • Manage reputation management strategy and implementation throughout company retail locations.
  • Facilitate educational and training opportunities from in-house counsel patient care and training team to other departments.
  • Coordinate with CRM Director on moderation of internal review platforms.

It will really make us smile if you have…

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in communications, reputation management, online brand management, public relations, community relations, public affairs or business management
  • Experience leading extensive communications initiatives or managing complex communications programs required
  • Experience executing company identity and/or brand management and/or reputation programs preferred
  • Experience in online reputation management in healthcare or beauty industry a plus
  • Social Media knowledge required
  • Experience utilizing social listening tool a plus
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker and team player with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize quickly
  • Working knowledge of insights and analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Ability to look at data/numbers to see trends and make recommendations
  • Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, art, music, beauty, fashion and media
  • A sense of humor and passion for making people smile
