Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical implementation of CRM communications including Email, SMS/mobile, & direct mail within 3rd-party & home-grown software platforms (ExactTarget, Staff Portal, & others). Full team to support creation and strategy of messaging.
  • Setup & QA all new automated messages within Salesforce Marekting Cloud (ExactTarget) - Email, SMS, etc. - using AmpScript & dynamic content tools within ExactTarget
  • Manage CRM customer data architecture & data activation to enable team to build segments & personalize communications as needed
  • Lead data integration with Data Management Platform & rest of marcom tech stack, including new software partners
  • Ensure every customer receives right personalized & dynamic communication at the right time. Using monitoring systems & smart architecture, achieve a 99%+ accuracy & up-time in automated CRM communications
  • Work with each channel manager to manage subscription systems & ensure customer subscription statuses are in-sync across CRM ecosystem
  • Lead CRM team members & scale team for growth

It will really make us smile if you have…

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or SaaS. CRM experience a plus.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
  • Proven background in software implementation & technical troubleshooting (developer background NOT required, just smart, detailed-oriented product manager).
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
  • Solid work ethic, with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Positive attitude, and flexible personality.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
