We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Executive Lead for our Costa Rica operations, responsible for all facets of the operations of our offshore business center in San Jose.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide experienced management for the key business functions located in the Costa Rica office, including, but not limited to, customer service contact center, revenue cycle management, orthodontic digital setup and design, back office support and other offshored business functions
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the Costa Rica leadership team in areas including recruiting, human capital management and office operations
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the center, including preparing and managing the annual budget for costs, labor and fund transfers between the US operation and the Costa Rica office
  • Work with key US personnel to establish strategy for providing value-add services to the US operation
  • Instill the philosophy and company values of the US office to the Costa Rica office, while also respecting the uniqueness of the local culture

It will really make us smile if you have…

  • Strong background in one or more healthcare service industry; 8-10 years experience minimum
  • Call center management experience with 300+ agents
  • Experience managing an offshore team, preferably onsite, with heavy “hands-on” expertise
  • Strong experience playing a strategic role in the start-up phase of an operation
  • Background in developing a new business line from concept to execution required
  • History of developing and achieving enterprise-level stretch goals related to costs, revenue or service-level performance measurements
  • Desire to relocate to Costa Rica with intermittent travel to the US
  • Bilingual English/Spanish would be ideal
  • Eager to learn every single day
