Our e-commerce and social media customer service representatives handle customer inquiries via e-mail and phone calls and provide excellent follow up and service. We need to assist our customers as quickly and effectively as possible and are looking for team players who are ready to be part of our growing company and are passionate about what they do.

Responsibilities:

• Respond/Initiate Emails

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Assist customers over the phone with exceptional, personalized service.

• Coordinate with lab and fulfillment team to ensure accurate communication.

• Troubleshoot when necessary and proactively communicate any concerns to supervisor.

• Assist with customer experience emails and social media support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Able to use/operate MS Office suite and all social media platforms.

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Good Written and Verbal skills

Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 4 years of work experience; or a college degree preferred.

• 1+ years of customer service related industry experience is required.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and enthusiastic communicator.

• A desire to be a part of a growing team.

• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.

• Patient with an ability to relate to a wide variety of customers.

• Team player who is resourceful and flexible.
