We’re looking for a Manager, Talent Analytics to help our Talent Acquisition team make more thoughtful, data-driven business decisions, by designing reporting and analytics to display recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement key metrics to drive decision making and align recruiting resources
• Maintain and monitor weekly reports to track recruitment capacity, source of hire, candidate pipeline, and other metrics to identify recruitment effectiveness, areas of improvement, and successes
• Create dashboards and other data visualization techniques for access to key metrics
• Research, analyze and present candidate data from internal systems and external sources to identify, trends and opportunities
• Identify and lead implementation of new analytics surrounding the recruitment lifecycle and process improvement
• Lead the development of predictive recruitment analytics
• Conduct industry research providing impactful talent and market insights
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to provide market mapping as we enter new markets
• Help develop and communicate data-driven talent strategies and recommendations in a compelling way that influences decision making and action
• Capture and maintain accurate market and candidate information to facilitate the search process and market intelligence initiatives
• Help lead Talent Acquisition team through continued growth

• Bachelor’s Degree with quantitative focus
• 5+ years of analytics experience with exposure to Talent Acquisition or HR
• Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions
• Expert using Excel
• Passion for turning data in to useable metrics and insights
• Experience extracting date from ATS and HRIS systems
• Ability to adapt, change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions based on data
